Returns & Refunds 


Dasko Gear offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. In order to receive your refund the purchased item must be returned back to Dasko Gear, LLC. within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not issued until the items have been received by Dasko Gear, LLC. And evaluated by our care team.  Please note, at Dasko Gear we understand even the most well behaved dogs can sometimes chew. Dasko Gear, LLC. Does not offer any guarantees/returns or exchanges for items damaged by dog chewing or traditional wear and tear.

To start a return or exchange please send us an email at info@daskos.com to receive return/exchange instructions. Once received we may ask you to send photo's of the product or mail the product directly back to Dasko Gear, LLC. at 551 SE 215th Ave, Morriston, Florida 32668. Please do not ship your product to Dasko Gear without speaking to our care team via e-mail first. Return shipping is the expense of the buyer there will not be any reimbursement or refund of shipping from Dasko Gear, LLC. 

Refunds 

Once a refund is approved by Dasko Gear LLC, the refunded amount will be applied to your payment method used at checkout.  This can take several business days to appear in your account. Confirmation of refund will be sent from the Dasko Team.

Exchanges

Sometimes sizing can be overrated, or complicated or just flat out wrong.  The Dasko team is here to help anyway we can.  Just sent an e-mail to info@daskos.com and we will get you sorted out.
